Le Rosé
It is an original blend of 3 grape varieties, Cinsault, completed with two white grape varieties, Clairette and Chenin.
We harvest these grapes manually for greater care and sorting. After direct pressing, we carry out cold settling after 24 hours. Then comes fermentation at 15°C for 14 days. The wine is then transferred to another vat, freed from its lees and rests for 3 months before being bottled at the property.
