We have chosen to cultivate organically so that nothing hinders the pleasure of tasting our terroir, savoring our land, and enjoying a bit of our vines. So that nothing opposes an authenticity and a truth that are so dear to us.
With Justine, we have decided to practice natural grass cover for the vines to maintain the organic activity of the soil and take advantage of the richness of its ecosystems. We are fortunate to count on a well-draining and filtering land, airy and alive. So unique to our Crau plain.
We have this conviction.
This exceptional terroir will be reflected in every drop of tomorrow’s wines.

Our wonderful grape varieties,

Our estate unfolds seamlessly.
10 hectares of vineyards, 300 olive trees, and 600 truffle oaks are in dialogue as well. Surrounded by majestic cypress trees.
On this land, we have 10 hectares planted with 10 carefully selected grape varieties. United in this beautiful adventure, just as we are. As a matter of course.
Chenin.Clairette.Roussanne. Marsanne.Carignan blanc. Syrah.Mourvèdre.Cinsault. Cabernet-sauvignon.Carignan rouge.
Some unique, others expected and intimately linked to this terroir. A whole generation of vines to come.
Patience
Waiting is for us the sign of another life.
Waiting for this nature so powerful yet so delicate,
which refuses to accept our frantic pace.

What a pleasure it is to enjoy the moment.
To take care and take the time.
To wait before planting.
