CHAPTER IV

The fruit

One white, one red
and one rosé only.

Without wanting the most, but in search of the best.
Without compromise, but with total freedom.
Without pretension, but with infinite requisite.
We already savour the pleasure of living this adventure.
Of sharing our ideas, our tastes.

Our Rosé.

It is the fruit of our grapes harvested by hand, bunch by bunch.

It is the colour of our passion.

Le Rosé

Cinsault, Clairette and Chenin.

3 grape varieties and one terroir.

Our rosé radiates from the cold and rich lands on which our whites are grown. It reveals the clay-limestone soil and the strength of a carpet of large, rolled pebbles that see the Cinsault flourish.
This is where the balance is found.

Our white.

The field of possibilities was vast since there were no vines on the estate. 5 grape varieties, 5 of Justine’s favourites.

Le Blanc

Chenin, Roussanne, Marsanne, Carignan blanc, Clairette.

5 grape varieties and one terroir.

Our White is grown on the cold soils of the estate, rich in limestone where Chenin is the base of this blend giving it its typicality and elegance.

Our Red.

It is in a Mediterranean micro-climate, extremely windy with daily sunshine until nightfall that the vines of our red grow.

Syrah, Mourvèdre, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Cinsault

4 grape varieties and one terroir.

These 4 iconic grape varieties flourish on clay-limestone soils accompanied by large rolled pebbles from the old bed of the Durance, between the Carponne canal and that of the Baux valley.

A strong symbol of our beautiful Provence is the olive tree.

There are 300 of them on our Estate, allowing us to produce a Ripe Olive Oil.

This oil is pressed nearby at the Maricera mill.

Huile d'olive

Our pleasure is complete.
